- Lead and manage the Interior Design and Structural Design teams across multiple luxury residential projects.
- Establish and implement the overall design vision, standards, and quality benchmarks.
- Review and approve design concepts, layouts, specifications, and construction drawings.
- Drive the end-to-end design development process from concept to execution.
- Ensure designs align with project objectives, budgets, timelines, and brand standards.
- Collaborate with architecture, MEP, procurement, and construction teams to ensure design feasibility and seamless execution.
- Oversee structural design reviews to ensure safety, functionality, and compliance with applicable building codes and regulations.
- Ensure optimum material selection, value engineering, and cost-effective design solutions without compromising quality.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing Interior Design and Structural Design teams.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Allocate resources effectively and monitor team performance.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, interior designers, contractors, and external agencies.
- Present design proposals to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Ensure timely approvals and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay updated on global design trends, sustainable building practices, and emerging technologies.
- Drive innovation in design, materials, finishes, and construction methodologies.
- Maintain the highest standards of aesthetics, functionality, and customer experience across all projects.
