Job Summary

GTPL is seeking an experienced Executive / Sr. Executive – Business Development to expand its Staffing, Recruitment, and Workforce Management Services business. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in client acquisition, IT/Non-IT staffing sales, and developing long-term relationships with corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities for Staffing and Recruitment Services.
  • Acquire new corporate clients for IT and Non-IT hiring requirements.
  • Promote Permanent Staffing, Contract Staffing, Executive Search, and Workforce Management solutions.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and requirement gathering sessions.
  • Prepare proposals, commercial agreements, and service presentations.
  • Coordinate with Recruitment and Delivery teams to ensure timely closures.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close staffing agreements.
  • Track market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
