As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on the sales floor, ensuring a high level of customer service, and leading a team of sales associates to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets

• Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained at all times

• Monitor inventory levels and assist with merchandising and visual displays

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner

• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a retail management role

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Knowledge of jewelry or luxury retail is a plus
