Assistant Manager – Cinema Ad Sales

Qube Cinema Network is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated sales professional to join our team as Assistant Manager - Cinema Ad Sales, based out of Indore. The role will be responsible for driving advertising revenue across the Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh (MPCG) region through the sale of cinema advertising solutions, building and managing a strong client base, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure successful campaign execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive advertising revenue growth across the MPCG region
  • Identify, acquire, and manage both retail and national advertising clients based in the MPCG market
  • Develop and maintain relationships with advertisers, brands, media agencies, and key decision-makers
  • Present and promote Qube Cinema Network’s advertising solutions to prospective and existing clients
  • Prepare customized sales presentations, proposals, and media plans
  • Provide clients with detailed commercial proposals and cost estimates
  • Achieve assigned revenue targets and contribute to the overall growth of the region
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging advertising opportunities within the region
  • Share relevant market intelligence and business updates on a regular basis
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of advertising campaigns

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Postgraduate qualification in Marketing or a related field from a reputed institution is preferred
  • 5-7 years of experience in advertising sales, media sales, or related business development roles
  • Prior experience handling regional markets, particularly Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh
  • Experience in media, radio, cinema, digital, print, television, or out-of-home (OOH) advertising sales is preferred
  • Additional certifications or professional courses related to sales, marketing, or business development are desirable

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to manage revenue targets and drive growth
  • Proven ability to generate business from both retail and national clients
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong relationship management skills with clients, agencies, and key stakeholders
  • Ability to identify opportunities, develop sales strategies, and close business effectively
  • Good understanding of the advertising and media landscape
  • Established industry contacts and relationships within the MPCG region will be an added advantage
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of managing an independent sales territory
