Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the DSA channel for sourcing Professional Loan cases
- Identify, onboard, and activate new DSAs / connectors
- Maintain strong relationships with existing DSAs to ensure consistent business flow
- Drive loan disbursement targets (Doctor/CA/Architect/Professional segment)
- Ensure quality sourcing and adherence to company credit policies
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams for smooth processing
- Monitor DSA performance and provide regular feedback/training
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance for all sourced cases
- Track competition and market trends to improve sourcing strategy
