ViralChilly is a growing digital marketing and web development agency serving clients across the US, UK, Australia, and other international markets.
We're looking for an HR Generalist who can manage recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and workplace culture while ensuring a great experience for both candidates and employees. This role reports directly to the Founder.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Hiring
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Conduct HR interviews and evaluate communication, professionalism, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers.
- Negotiate salaries, notice periods, and joining dates.
- Conduct reference checks.
- Improve candidate experience, joining ratio, and reduce offer drop-offs.
- Employee Relations & HR Operations
- Handle employee concerns, grievances, and workplace conflicts.
- Maintain healthy communication between employees and management.
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, probation, confirmations, and HR documentation.
- Maintain employee records and assist with attendance, leave, and HR policies.
- Performance & Engagement
- Coordinate performance reviews and probation tracking.
- Support managers with performance improvement plans.
- Organize weekly team activities and monthly engagement events.
- Help build a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work culture.
- Minimum 2 years of HR Ops experience.
- At least 1 year in an IT company, software company, or digital marketing agency.
- Experience conducting HR interviews and salary negotiations.
- Strong recruitment, employee relations, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong communication, organization, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, confidential, and comfortable handling difficult conversations.
- Experience with HRMS/ATS is a plus.
- What Success Looks Like
- Within six months, you should:
- Increase successful hires and improve joining ratios.
- Reduce offer drop-offs and improve employee retention.
- Create a structured onboarding process.
- Organize regular employee engagement activities.
- Build strong employee relationships while maintaining discipline.
- Establish consistent and professional HR processes.
MondayâFriday: Work From Office
Alternate Saturdays: Work From Home (scheduled interviews & HR activities)
