Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Chemistry Faculty to prepare students for JEE (Main & Advanced) and NEET examinations. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional subject expertise, a proven record of producing top ranks, and the ability to simplify complex concepts through structured, application-oriented teaching.

The role involves teaching students of Classes XI & XII while also contributing to Foundation Programmes (Classes IX & X) to build strong conceptual fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities

Academic Delivery

  • Deliver high-quality classroom instruction for JEE (Main & Advanced) and NEET Chemistry.
  • Teach Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry with a strong focus on conceptual clarity and problem-solving.
  • Build strong analytical and application-based learning aligned with the latest NTA examination patterns.
  • Conduct revision sessions, doubt-solving classes, and exam strategy workshops.

Curriculum Development

  • Develop comprehensive lesson plans, study material, assignments, DPPs (Daily Practice Problems), and question banks.
  • Design chapter-wise, sectional, and full-length mock tests aligned with JEE and NEET standards.
  • Continuously update content based on syllabus changes and examination trends.

Student Assessment & Mentoring

  • Conduct periodic tests and detailed performance analysis.
  • Mentor students individually to improve conceptual understanding, speed, accuracy, and examination temperament.
  • Guide students on preparation strategies, time management, and competitive examination techniques.

Academic Excellence

  • Ensure timely completion of the syllabus while maintaining high academic standards.
  • Analyze student performance data to identify learning gaps and implement corrective measures.
  • Collaborate with faculty members to improve curriculum delivery and academic outcomes.

Parent & Institutional Engagement

  • Participate in parent-teacher meetings, academic reviews, and counselling sessions.
  • Support admissions through seminars, workshops, and orientation programmes.
