Job Description
We are seeking a motivated SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing our clients’ HR technology solutions.
This role offers significant ownership and the opportunity to make a tangible impact on client success through expert configuration and strategic advice.
Leverage your 3-5 years of experience to drive impactful projects and contribute to our clients’ digital transformation journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client HR business processes and requirements.
- Configure SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet business needs.
- Develop functional specifications for system enhancements and integrations.
- Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide end-user training and support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- Collaborate with technical teams and project managers.
- Required: 3-5 years of hands-on experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant.
- Proven experience with at least two SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Compensation).
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
SAP SuccessFactors Integrations Experience with integration tools and methodologies is a plus.
Project Management Methodologies Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
Change Management Understanding of change management principles in HR technology deployments.
