Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Paralegal to join Legal IP - India – Law, Security and Public Policy Division
The preference for this role is to be based out of Chennai - Brigade World Trade Centre
What You Will Do
- Intermediate paralegal position assisting corporate attorneys with legal tasks and activities to support and protect the organization
- Assisting corporate legal attorneys in resolving legal issues. Conducting legal tasks, such as research, review, and drafting, under the supervision of corporate legal attorneys.
- Maintaining repositories of legal documentation and procedures.
- Collecting law sources for attorneys such as statutes, regulations, recorded judicial decisions, legal articles and legal codes for preparation of legal documents, such as pleadings, appeals, contracts, legal opinions, etc.
- Any 3-or 4-year Bachelor’s Degree is required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Patent Paralegal, either in-house or with a reputed law firm, with excellent English communication skills.
- This position requires candidate to work a 5-day -a -week schedule in the office.

- Selects legal documents and research tools to be utilized by the legal department.
- Interprets major types of legal analysis required by the organization.
