GTM Engineer

We're looking for someone who can own and run our marketing and BD data, email outreach, and calling infrastructure end-to-end —and who cares about outcomes, not just data collection.

We're hiring a GTM Engineer to be the technical operator behind Zycus's revenue engine. You'll sit at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and AI — building the automations, agents, data pipelines, and signal-based plays that let a small team punch like a much larger one.


This is not a traditional RevOps or marketing ops role. You're a builder. You ship workflows in Clay, n8n, and custom code; you wire LLMs into outbound and lifecycle; you stand up an AI-SDR layer; you build internal tools that make every rep and marketer 3–5x more productive. If "what could I automate this week with an LLM and an API key?" is the first question you ask on Monday, this is your role.


What you'll do:

• Manage and maintain contact databases and data provider platforms (Lusha, ZoomInfo, and similar tools) — including sourcing, validating, and enriching mobile numbers for calling programs

• Run and administer email outreach and marketing tools — including Outreach, Clay, SmartLead, Mailchimp, Eloqua, and others — along with the supporting IP/domain setup

• Manage calling infrastructure — phone number procurement, validation, caller ID setup, and integration with dialers andCRM

• Build automations to validate and qualify leads against our ICP criteria before they enter any outreach workflow (email orphone)

• Own email deliverability and performance metrics — delivery rates, open rates, click rates, and response rates — across all outbound and marketing email channels

• Own and publish periodic reports tracking performance across all channels — email, calling, and database health — with a clear focus on what's working and what needs to change

• Manage integrations between Salesforce, database tools, outreach platforms, and calling systems; handle email warming, spam prevention, and sender reputation.


EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS

What we're looking for:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in B2B data and outreach operations — you understand how B2B sales and marketing engines work, not just the tools

• An outcomes-driven mindset — you don't just collect data and load lists; you think about whether the right people are being reached, whether outreach is converting, and what to fix when it isn't

• Working knowledge of Salesforce and how it connects with enrichment, outreach, calling, and marketing automation systems

• Familiarity with email deliverability best practices — domain/IP warm-up, authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and inbox placement

• Experience with mobile number sourcing, validation, and calling infrastructure in a B2B context

• Comfortable building simple automations and workflows to keep data clean and outreach running smoothly

• Detail-oriented, operationally strong, and able to work independently
