At Cube, you'll work directly with founders on the company's biggest opportunities and toughest problems - launching new initiatives, validating ideas, driving growth, and turning ambiguity into outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Work directly with founders on high-priority business problems

• Build and scale 0→1 initiatives from concept to execution

• Identify new growth opportunities, markets, and business lines

• Own projects across product, growth, operations, and strategy

• Drive decisions, not just presentations and reports

• Turn ideas into measurable business outcomes

Who This Is For

• Graduate from a Tier 1 institution (IITs, BITS, top NITs, etc.)

• 2–5 years of experience in startups, product, strategy, growth, or founder's office roles

• Ex-founders strongly preferred

• Alternatively, experience at an early-stage startup, working closely with founders and owning critical business initiatives

• High-agency operators who thrive in ambiguity
