Overview

The primary purpose of the L08 Process Excellence Sr. Analyst (ICC) is to act as the core technical and operational engine for process optimization, automation, and standardization across the global financial planning footprint. Operating within the ICC hub, the role is responsible for driving cross-hub process alignment, building advanced process models, and ensuring the absolute data integrity of global financial planning. The ultimate objective is to scale best practices from the ICC, eliminate cross-regional redundancies, and provide high-quality transformation support to both local and international finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Independent Project Execution: Autonomously drive assigned workstreams within global transformation initiatives, tracking milestones, identifying execution risks, and presenting structured progress updates to leadership.

Cross-Hub Process Standardization: Partner closely with the Global team to map, align, and standardize end-to-end financial planning processes (AOP, forecasting, and reporting), ensuring strict consistency across both global hubs.

Advanced Digital Tool Development: Lead the technical design, configuration, and maintenance of automated workflows and advanced business intelligence dashboards, serving as the technical anchor for the ICC hub.

Global Data Integrity & Governance: Establish and enforce robust data governance standards across shared reporting cockpits, performing routine quality checks to eliminate reporting variances between regions.

Qualifications

  • Total years of experience- 9 to 11years with 6 years of solid experience in Process Excellence or Business Transformation within a matrixed or global corporate environment.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is preferred
  • Experience in process mining, process mapping, process modelling
  • Analytical & Process Mapping Skills: Strong capability to dissect complex workflows, understand financial data flows, and document step-by-step processes using tools like Aris, Microsoft Visio or standard process-mapping methodologies.
  • Technical & Digital Acumen: Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with data visualization, analytics, and automation tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, advanced Excel, or basic workflow automation engines) to drive reporting efficiencies.
  • Financial Foundation: A clear baseline understanding of standard corporate finance cycles, including forecasting, budgeting (AOP), month-end closing, and basic financial metrics.
  • Project Management Discipline: Solid organizational skills with experience working within standard PMO frameworks, maintaining project trackers, and managing multiple execution timelines effectively.

Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and English communication skills to collaborate smoothly with local MCC teams and international counterparts in the ICC hub.
