Job Description:
- 4–8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Reporting Solutions
- Strong experience in Microsoft Power BI development.
- Expertise in DAX, Power Query (M Language), and data modeling.
- Hands-on experience with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services).
- Advanced SQL development skills on SQL Server.
- Experience with Power BI Service, Gateways, Workspaces, and Deployment Pipelines.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
- Knowledge of report performance tuning and optimization techniques.
- Experience working with large datasets and complex reporting environments.
- Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, or Databricks.
- Knowledge of SSIS and SSAS.
- Experience with Paginated Reports in Power BI.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Exposure to REST APIs and data integration techniques.
- SSRS to Power BI migration projects.
- Financial, Sales, Operations, or Supply Chain reporting.
- Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Enterprise BI governance and security frameworks.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and scorecards.
- Develop efficient data models using star and snowflake schemas.
- Create complex calculations, KPIs, and business metrics using DAX.
- Implement row-level security (RLS) and data governance best practices.
- Optimize report performance and manage Power BI datasets and workspaces.
- Publish, schedule, and maintain reports in Power BI Service.
- Develop, modify, and support operational and analytical reports using SSRS.
- Build paginated reports and pixel-perfect reporting solutions.
- Maintain existing SSRS report catalog and subscriptions.
- Troubleshoot report performance and data retrieval issues.
- Support migration of legacy SSRS reports to Power BI where applicable.
