Core Facility Operations & Compliance

Site Management: Oversee day-to-day facility operations, enforce facility checklists, update space

details, and manage weekend work plan schedules.

FM Partner Management: Oversee and collaborate with the Facility Management (FM) partner to

ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance, monitor performance metrics, and drive service

excellence across the site.

Compliance & Safety: Drive safety and ESG data collection, coordinate facility audits, and manage

incident reporting.

Liaisoning: Coordinate with local authorities and government bodies for required permits, passes, and

clearances.

Vendor, Asset & Inventory Management

Vendor Coordination: Manage end-to-end vendor lifecycles, including site visits, delivery tracking,

material inspections, and team coordination.

Inventory Control: Oversee asset and inventory management, ensuring optimal stock of consumables

across MEP, Housekeeping, Pantry, and utilities.

Billing, Procurement & Budgeting

Financial Operations: Process invoices and manage PR/PO generation using SAP and Ariba.

Budgeting: Assist in reporting and budgeting for MEP, housekeeping, utilities, water, and other

consumable expenses.

MIS, Reporting & Tracker Management

Operational Trackers: Maintain and update critical trackers, including AMCs, Open POs, Requests,

Agreements, PPM, Projects, Rentals, and Utilities.

Dashboards & Updates: Prepare accurate MIS dashboards and deliver concise weekly, monthly, and

quarterly operational updates to leadership. Ensure training calendars are consistently maintained.

Education- Graduation

Experience- 3+ years
