Role Overview :
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, conducting product demonstrations, and converting qualified leads into long-term customers.
You will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to understand customer requirements and provide tailored CRM solutions that solve real business challenges.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative selling, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and qualify potential business opportunities through inbound and outbound sales activities.
- Connect with prospective customers via calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer pain points and recommend suitable CRM solutions.
- Schedule and conduct online product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial discussions.
- Follow up consistently to move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities within the CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the onboarding and customer success teams to ensure a smooth client handover.
- Stay updated on CRM trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
- Represent the company professionally during client interactions and meetings.

Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Inside Sales, or SaaS Sales.
- Experience selling CRM, SaaS products, ERP, HRMS, Marketing Software, or other B2B software solutions will be preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipelines is an added advantage.
