    • Set project timeline and Monitor project deliverables
    • Manage day to day operational aspects of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality deliverables
    • Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements.
    • Delivering High level Customer satisfaction
    • Delight clients with our delivery and continuous improvements on delivery process quality and productivity
    • Identify and manage project risk and maintain project plan applying appropriate project methodology
    • Report delivery status to customers and develop required delivery documentations.
    • Develop project plans, status reports, test plans, and associated documentation.
    • Billing clients as per payment terms and project milestone completion.
    • Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information.
    • Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
    • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
    • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
    • To be capable of working independently and have strong decision-making skills to solve the issues.
