JOB PURPOSE/OVERVIEW/SUMMARY:

We are looking for a dynamic and presentable Employee Engagement Consultant with a blend of HR and Marketing experience to build and nurture long-term relationships with key enterprise clients through meaningful, consultative interactions. The role involves understanding each client's employee engagement objectives, recommending gifting and rewards & recognition (R&R) solutions aligned to their people and brand strategy, gathering feedback, improving customer experience, and driving referral-based growth opportunities for the sales team.

The ideal candidate understands how HR teams plan engagement calendars, R&R programs, and employee milestone celebrations, and can pair this with marketing skills — branding, campaign thinking, and creative communication — to position OffiNeeds as a strategic engagement partner. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with a strong professional presence, a customer-centric mindset, and a proactive approach are essential.


KEY DELIVERABLES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

Employee Engagement Consulting (HR Focus)

  • Understand clients' HR and employee engagement priorities — onboarding kits, R&R programs, festive gifting, milestone celebrations, and event merchandise.

  • Consult HR and Admin stakeholders on annual engagement calendars and recommend suitable gifting solutions for each occasion.

  • Stay updated on employee engagement trends and best practices to advise clients credibly.

Marketing & Brand-Led Engagement

  • Recommend co-branded and customized gifting concepts that reflect each client's brand identity and culture.

  • Support engagement campaigns, curated catalogs, and creative presentations for client pitches

  • Suggest innovative ideas and gifting solutions based on client preferences, market demands, and seasonal campaigns.

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise and corporate clients, primarily HR, Admin, and Marketing decision-makers.

  • Conduct regular client meetings and follow-ups to understand business requirements and expectations.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and support.

Client Feedback & Experience Enhancement

  • Gather customer feedback and coordinate internally to improve overall service experience.

  • Identify client concerns and ensure timely resolution by coordinating with internal departments.

  • Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams for seamless communication.

Business Growth & Opportunity Identification

  • Identify upselling, cross-selling, and business expansion opportunities within existing accounts.

  • Generate referral opportunities and support the sales team in converting leads.

  • Monitor client engagement and suggest strategic initiatives to improve retention.

Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Support teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements. • Prepare meeting summaries, client reports, and relationship status updates.

  • Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders to strengthen business partnerships.

Market & Industry Understanding

  • Stay updated on industry trends, corporate gifting requirements, and competitor activities.

  • Track how leading organizations run employee engagement and R&R programs and translate these insights into client solutions.





Requirements

REQUISITE CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • Graduation is mandatory; MBA/PGDM in HR or Marketing will be an added advantage.

  • 5 to 7 years of combined experience across HR (employee engagement, rewards & recognition, internal communications, HR business partnering) and Marketing (brand management, client servicing, campaign management, corporate sales).

  • Exposure to Corporate Gifting, Retail, Hospitality, Events, or Service Industry will be preferred.

  • Sound understanding of employee engagement frameworks, R&R practices, and the corporate HR calendar (festivals, milestones, annual events).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities; well-groomed and professionally presentable.

  • Strong listening, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple enterprise accounts effectively.

  • Customer-focused with a proactive, creative, and solution-oriented approach.

  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools; familiarity with design/presentation tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
