This is not a traditional recruiting role. We are seeking a talent strategist who thrives on understanding markets, mapping leadership ecosystems, uncovering hidden talent, and building meaningful relationships with senior executives long before a hiring need arises.

What You Will Do

Shape Leadership Talent Strategy; Build Intelligence-Driven Talent Pipelines; Conduct market mapping, organizational benchmarking, competitor research and talent intelligence; Engage passive executive talent through executive search methodologies; Deliver end-to-end leadership hiring excellence.

Build talent maps, become a trusted advisor, create differentiated passive-candidate pipelines, deliver leadership hires and bring market intelligence that influences business decisions.

What You Will Bring

8–12 years experience in leadership/executive hiring. Combination of executive search and corporate recruiting experience preferred. Expertise in talent intelligence, market mapping, executive search, passive talent attraction and stakeholder management.
