What are we looking for?

A candidate for the position of Unit Head - Defence Affinity in the Direct Sales - Defence Affinity department with 5-10 years of experience in the BFSI industry.

What does the job entail?

• Overseeing the Defence Affinity unit as Unit Head, • Leading and managing a team to achieve sales targets and goals, • Developing and implementing sales strategies to expand the customer base and increase revenue, • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market, • Managing budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of company funds, • Collaborating with other departments to achieve overall business objectives, • Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure business continuity, • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, • Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, • Providing guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance
