What are we looking for?
We are seeking a dynamic professional with strong expertise in Sales Management, People Development, and Leadership, who can ensure the timely achievement of business targets assigned to the team. Please note that for internal candidates, Propel FLS will receive preference, in accordance with the Propel placement guidelines.
What does the job entail?
Build and train a high-performing front-line sales team to convert business leads generated by the call centre and branch operations teams. Design and implement sales plans that enable the team to achieve their business targets effectively. Monitor and review team performance regularly, providing guidance and support to ensure success. Promote and sustain desired sales behaviors by leveraging digital sales management tools and processes. Ensure high quality, consistency, and persistency of business.
Work Experience
Minimum of 6 years of overall sales experience. At least 2 years of proven team management experience is essential. Prior experience in the BFSI industry will be preferred.
Essential Qualification
Minimum Graduate Age: 28–38 years
