As we aggressively scale our digital and online marketplace presence, we are looking for a highly driven, agile, and experienced core Ecommerce Executive to anchor our day-to-day operations and accelerate our growth trajectory from the ground up.

Role Overview

This is a core ecommerce role tailored for a professional with a solid track record on the brand side. Based out of our Jodhpur headquarters, you will manage day-to-day marketplace operations and D2C website planning. You will act as the crucial link between our internal leadership and external performance marketing agencies, ensuring flawless execution, robust operational planning, and high-ROI ad spend deployment to scale our zero-to-one brand ecosystem.

Core Responsibilities

  • Marketplace Operations & Catalog Management:

End-to-end management of major marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Blinkit, and Zepto.

Maintain catalog health: create, update, and optimize product listings, A+ content, brand stores, and backend keywords to drive high search visibility. Monitor account health daily, resolve listing suppressions, pricing errors, policy violations, and customer service performance issues.

  • D2C Website Management & Planning:

Oversee day-to-end D2C operations on Shopify, including product merchandising, landing page optimizations, pricing updates, discount/coupon architecture, and checkout health.

Collaborate closely with logistics partners to optimize order fulfillment, reduce RTO (Return to Origin) percentages, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Plan and execute promotional calendars, website revamps, and bundle offers to enhance Average Order Value (AOV) and conversion rates.

  • Agency Coordination & Performance Marketing:

Act as the primary point of contact for external digital and creative agencies, translating brand vision into tactical daily deliverables.

Co-create, monitor, and audit marketplace advertisement campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart PLA) and D2C paid media metrics (ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC).

Ensure the agency executes media plans on time, maintaining optimum bid strategies and preventing budget bleeding.

  • Inventory Planning & Data Analytics

Perform regular inventory forecasting based on historical sales trends, upcoming promotions, and seasonality to ensure zero out-of-stock situations across warehouses.

Compile weekly and monthly comprehensive performance reports tracking revenue, marketing efficiency, profitability, and operational bottlenecks.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a core ecommerce management role, explicitly working on the brand side (D2C or consumer goods experience is highly preferred).

Technical Expertise: Deep hands-on proficiency with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Kaizen, Shopify backend, and dashboard tracking tools.

Advertising Mastery: Comprehensive knowledge of marketplace advertisement tools (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display) and web analytics.

Growth Mindset: Prior experience in a zero-to-one environment—comfortable wearing multiple hats, setting up workflows from scratch, and operating with high agility.

Location: Must be willing to work full-time out of our office in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.

Soft Skills: Strong numerical and analytical capabilities, exceptional communication skills to handle agencies, and strong project management capabilities.
