Role Overview

The Strategy Mentor will guide and inspire our strategy team, shaping impactful campaigns that connect with audiences and achieve business goals. This role is about blending creativity with strategic insight, mentoring young talent, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring brands to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy Development:
    • Craft innovative brand strategies that align with client objectives.
    • Conduct in-depth research on market trends, audience behavior, and competitive landscapes to identify unique opportunities.
  • Campaign Planning:
    • Oversee the development of compelling campaign strategies that seamlessly integrate creativity and effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with creative and design teams to ensure strategic consistency across deliverables.
  • Mentorship & Team Building:
    • Mentor junior strategists, fostering their growth through guidance, feedback, and knowledge sharing.
    • Lead brainstorming sessions and inspire the team to think beyond the conventional.
    • Creating SOPs and overseeing talents and processes in order to maintain quality work that inspires and stands out for its impact and creativity.
  • Client Collaboration:
    • Act as a trusted advisor for clients, presenting strategies with confidence and clarity.
    • Translate complex business objectives into actionable strategic plans.
  • Innovation & Thought Leadership:
    • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices to keep our strategies fresh and impactful.
Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of experience in brand strategy, campaign planning, or a similar role within advertising, marketing, consulting. Agency experience is a must.
  • Proven experience in leading brand strategy for campaigns across various industries.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills to articulate strategies effectively.
  • A solid understanding of advertising trends, digital platforms, and audience behavior.
