Role Description The Sales Marketing Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kakinada. This position is responsible for identifying and qualifying new leads, managing the sales pipeline, and developing marketing-driven outreach strategies to grow key accounts. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client meetings, presenting solutions, preparing proposals, and negotiating terms to close deals. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, tracking campaign performance, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to align messaging and service delivery. The Account Executive will nurture long-term client relationships, gather market insights, and contribute to revenue growth targets across Mann Prakriti Groups ventures.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for client interaction, presentations, and internal collaboration.
  • Candidates should possess Account Management skills to oversee key accounts, handle renewals, and drive cross-selling or upselling.
  • Candidates should possess Sales and Lead Generation skills to prospect, qualify opportunities, and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Candidates should possess Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills to manage pipelines, track activities, and analyze customer data.
  • Relevant experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in entertainment, technology, or digital services.
  • Ability to work on-site in Kakinada, manage multiple accounts, and operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
