Key Responsibility Areas
- You will take full ownership of sales targets and market share growth in your assigned territory.
- You will build and nurture strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and retailers.
- You will drive demand generation through effective dealer engagement, promotional activities, and consumer-focused initiatives.
- You will monitor competitor activities and market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- You will ensure effective execution of Goodyear’s sales programs, pricing strategies, and distribution policies.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance, to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- You will track performance metrics, analyze sales data, and provide clear recommendations for business growth.
- You bring 3+ years of proven sales experience in FMCG, automotive, consumer durables, or a related industry; tire industry experience is preferred.
- You bring a strong track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- You bring excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- You bring the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make sound business decisions.
- You bring the flexibility and willingness to travel extensively across your assigned territory.
