Manager - Retail Sales

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by achieving sales targets and expanding the customer base through active lead generation and client acquisition. The role involves close coordination with Channel Partners (CP) and DTDC to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The incumbent will also participate in promotional initiatives, provide regular sales updates, and work under the administrative supervision of the ARCM/RCM to support overall business objectives.

  • Drive business development initiatives and achieve sales targets as defined by the Channel Partner (CP).
  • Actively engage in lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Coordinate with the CP and DTDC to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Participate in promotional activities and initiatives as required by the CP.
  • Ensure adherence to DTDC policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
  • Submit regular sales reports and updates to the CP and DTDC management.
  • Work under the administrative supervision of ARCM/RCM (DTDC).
