Placement Executive

Placement Executive Should be a postgraduate, preferable having management degree in HR and having minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Roles and Responsibilities will be as follows:

• The Placement Executive would be predominantly responsible for the identification of providing for the multiple placement opportunities for undergraduate and postgraduate students on completion of their respective programs.
• Coordinate with the company's directors/ HR Head.
• Coordinate with faculty and students
• Create and put in place concerned and follow the complete process for the placement as per well defined placement calendar
• Organize and facilitate placement with the recruiters / companies if necessary.
• Maintain relevant documents related to pre-placement and post-placement including obtaining recruiters’ feedback.
• Creation and maintenance of students' database.
• Conduct the job market studies for identifying job opportunities and preparing students for availing the same.
• Any other activity which will facilitate, create and improve placement opportunities.
