Your Role
- Act as the first point of contact for end users on Oracle EBS Finance-related issues and requests.
- Provide L1 functional support for Oracle EBS Finance modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM).
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve user issues within agreed SLA timelines.
- Escalate complex functional or technical issues to L2/L3 teams while ensuring end-to-end ownership and follow-up.
- Support finance business processes across Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycles.
- Manage incidents, service requests, and user queries through ServiceNow, Jira, or other ITSM platforms.
- Maintain accurate ticket updates, documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with finance users, business stakeholders, and cross-functional support teams to ensure effective issue resolution.
- Provide support aligned with European business hours and ensure high levels of user satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- 5–7 years of experience in Oracle EBS Finance Support, Application Support, AMS, or Oracle Finance Functional Consulting.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Finance modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM.
- Good understanding of finance processes including R2R, P2P, and O2C.
- Experience handling incidents, service requests, ticket management, and user support activities.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Shift: CET-aligned support hours (approximately 12 PM – 9 PM IST, subject to DST changes).
