Order Management - Customer Support

About the Role:
We are seeking a Order Management - Customer Support with 2 to 5 years of experience in Order Management is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end order management processes with full ownership and accountability
- Lead and resolve escalations for complex or high-impact cases
- Generate and analyse reports to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement
- Develop, update, and maintain standard operating procedures, workflows, and training materials
- Drive and implement continuous improvement initiatives across order management functions
- Oversee task allocation and workload distribution to ensure team efficiency and balance
- Maintain clear, proactive, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Advanced user of SAP and Oracle ERP systems
- Familiar with ticketing platforms such as Salesforce and ServiceNow
- Excellent verbal communication and customer handling skills.
- Willingness to work in US Shift timings.
Shift: 6:30 pm to 3:30 am IST
Transportation: One-way cab facility (drop) is provided
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Monday to Friday
Time – 11:00am to 5:00pm
