About the Role:

We are seeking a Order Management - Customer Support with 2 to 5 years of experience in Order Management is mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end order management processes with full ownership and accountability
  • Lead and resolve escalations for complex or high-impact cases
  • Generate and analyse reports to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement
  • Develop, update, and maintain standard operating procedures, workflows, and training materials
  • Drive and implement continuous improvement initiatives across order management functions
  • Oversee task allocation and workload distribution to ensure team efficiency and balance
  • Maintain clear, proactive, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Tool Proficiency

  • Advanced user of SAP and Oracle ERP systems
  • Familiar with ticketing platforms such as Salesforce and ServiceNow

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication and customer handling skills.
  • Willingness to work in US Shift timings.

Location: Chennai ; Locality - Vandalur

Shift: 6:30 pm to 3:30 am IST

Transportation: One-way cab facility (drop) is provided

  • Immediate joiners preferred.
