'Deputy Director - Brand Management' Job Description:As a Deputy Director - Brand Management with 10-15 years of experience, you will play a critical role in leading the brand management strategy and activities of the organization. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around developing and executing brand initiatives that enhance the company's brand equity and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of brand strategies to ensure brand consistency and resonance with target audiences.
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of brand communication, including advertising, promotions, and public relations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align brand initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to support brand initiatives and maximize ROI.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies, partners, and vendors.
  • Evaluate brand performance metrics and KPIs to track progress and optimize brand strategies and tactics.
  • Lead and mentor a team of brand management professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and development opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and innovations in brand management to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and standards across all touchpoints and communication channels.
