The Project Head will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of project development, ensuring timely delivery, cost optimization, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and effective stakeholder coordination. The role requires strong leadership in managing architects, consultants, contractors, project teams, and statutory authorities while maintaining the highest standards of construction quality, safety, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Lead end-to-end campus construction projects from planning and design coordination through execution, commissioning, and handover.
- Develop project execution plans, schedules, resource plans, and milestone tracking to ensure timely, quality delivery within budget.
- Manage contractors, consultants, architects, MEP teams, structural engineers, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress through MIS, site reviews, and dashboards while identifying and mitigating execution risks.
- Coordinate procurement, vendor selection, contract execution, and timely availability of materials and equipment.
- Review contractor performance, certifications, change orders, variation claims, and commercial approvals.
- Prepare and monitor project budgets, cash flow, and cost forecasts.
- Track project costs, validate contractor bills and BOQs, and drive cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, engineering specifications, statutory regulations, and QA/QC and safety protocols.
- Coordinate inspections and approvals with consultants and regulatory authorities.
- Collaborate with School Management, Promoters, Consultants, Architects, PMCs, and Government Authorities.
- Present project updates on progress, risks, financial performance, and mitigation plans.
- Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams across civil, structural, MEP, interiors, procurement, and planning.
- Foster accountability, collaboration, and high-performance project execution.
