Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Procurement Operations Professional specializing in Contract Management, you will analyze external client requirements, internal client requirements, and supplier solutions to draft custom outsourcing agreements. This role requires a deep understanding of contract law to create stand-alone custom agreements that meet internal and external client needs.
Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include
- Draft Custom Agreements: Analyze client requirements and supplier solutions to draft highly custom multi-tower complex outsourcing agreements, ensuring internal client and external client needs are addressed.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work extensively with various internal client stakeholders to ensure their needs are met in supplier agreements, making strategic decisions on contract vehicles and terms.
- Establish Supplier Relationships: Develop knowledge of the supplier's product/service model through the establishment of supplier relationships, enabling effective negotiation and agreement drafting.
- Negotiate with Internal Clients: Negotiate with internal clients to ensure their requirements align with the supplier's service model at the target price, presenting proposed contracts and leading calls with internal client teams.
- Manage Client Input: Coordinate with internal client teams to gather timely input on technical, business, and financial requirements, ensuring agreements meet client needs.
- Contract Law Knowledge: Experience working with contract law to draft custom agreements, with an understanding of how to leverage contract vehicles and terms to protect internal client interests.
- Custom Agreement Drafting: Exposure to drafting highly custom multi-tower complex outsourcing agreements that meet internal and external client needs.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Experience working with suppliers to develop knowledge of their product/service model and establish effective relationships.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Experience working extensively with various internal client stakeholders to ensure their needs are met in supplier agreements.
- Technical and Financial Requirements: Exposure to gathering and incorporating technical, business, and financial requirements into agreements.
- Legal Education Background: Exposure to contract law, enabling the ability to understand and apply contract principles to draft custom agreements.
- Complex Outsourcing Knowledge: Experience working with multi-tower complex outsourcing agreements, analyzing client requirements and supplier solutions to create custom agreements.
- Supplier Product/Service Understanding: Exposure to developing knowledge of supplier product/service models, establishing effective supplier relationships to inform agreement drafting.
