We are seeking passionate Academic Counsellors to guide students in selecting the right educational programmes based on their career goals. The role involves counselling prospective students, managing enquiries, following up on leads, and converting qualified prospects into successful admissions.
- Counsel prospective students regarding academic programmes and career opportunities.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Handle admission enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Follow up consistently with prospective students.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions while meeting monthly targets.
- Maintain complete records in CRM.
- Coordinate with operations and university partners during the admission process.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
- Stay updated on available programmes, admission processes, and university policies.

- Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred).
- Minimum one year of experience in Academic Counselling.

- Malayalam language proficiency is mandatory.
- Good English communication skills preferred.
- Comfortable working with admission targets.
