About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Formulation Research Scientist to join our R&D team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will lead the development of innovative and generic agrochemical formulations, drive technology transfer, collaborate across functions, and contribute to the successful commercialization of new products.

Location: Hyderabad

Qualification: M.Sc. in Chemistry

Experience: 8–12 years in agrochemical formulation development

Reporting to: Principal Scientist

What You'll Do

Develop and optimize new and generic agrochemical formulations that meet quality, regulatory, and performance requirements.
Conduct physicochemical evaluations, ensure formulation quality, and identify opportunities for product and process improvements.
Lead technology transfer from laboratory to pilot and commercial manufacturing, providing technical support to production teams.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, BOMs, data packages, laboratory records, and technology transfer documents.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects, ensure regulatory compliance, support audits, and maintain high standards of laboratory safety and intellectual property protection.

What We're Looking For

M.Sc. in Chemistry with 8–12 years of experience in agrochemical formulation research and development.
Strong expertise in formulation design, physicochemical characterization, and analytical evaluation.
Hands-on experience in scale-up, technology transfer, and supporting commercial manufacturing.
Good understanding of regulatory requirements, documentation practices, and patent/literature research.
Strong project management, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills with a commitment to safety and quality.
