We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Executive to manage end-to-end reverse logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with multiple logistics partners, investigating shipment-related issues, processing credit notes, maintaining operational MIS, and ensuring timely resolution of reverse logistics cases. The role requires strong ownership, analytical thinking, and excellent coordination skills across internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate end-to-end reverse logistics operations with multiple logistics partners.
- Track, monitor, and ensure timely movement and closure of reverse shipments.
- Investigate shipment discrepancies, operational exceptions, shortages, damages, and other logistics-related issues to identify root causes.
- Own the complete lifecycle of reverse logistics cases from initiation to final closure.
- Process and issue Credit Notes after validating claims and completing operational investigations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date MIS reports, dashboards, and operational trackers.
- Analyze operational data to identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
- Coordinate with warehouses, courier partners, finance, customer support, and internal stakeholders for issue resolution.
- Handle and manage support tickets through Freshdesk while ensuring SLA adherence.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes and SOPs.
- Escalate critical issues proactively and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
- Contribute towards process standardization, automation, and continuous operational improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Supply Chain, Commerce, Engineering, or related field preferred). MBA with major in supply chain is a plus.
- 2–5 years of experience in Reverse Logistics, Supply Chain Operations, Warehouse Operations, or E-commerce Operations.
- Good understanding of reverse logistics processes and warehouse operations.
- Hands-on experience with SAP for operational transactions and Credit Note processing.
- Working knowledge of Freshdesk or similar ticket management systems.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, reporting).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Experience in e-commerce or retail supply chain operations.
- Experience in operational reporting and MIS management.
- Knowledge of logistics KPIs, SLAs, and operational performance metrics.
