Sales Manager - HL(Nagpur)

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Nagpur region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and achieving sales targets for our Home Loan (HL) products.
Job Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives for the Home Loan segment in Nagpur.
- Manage, coach, and motivate a team of Home Loan sales executives, setting clear performance expectations and providing regular feedback.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with builders, real estate agents, and other potential referral sources.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new product or service opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to Home Loan sales.
- Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews to senior management.
- Participate in promotional activities and events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a sales management role, preferably within the banking or financial services sector, specifically Home Loans.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the Home Loan market, products, and regulatory landscape in India.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Nagpur.
