Sales Manager - HL(Aurangabad)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager for our HL (Housing Loan) division in Aurangabad. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and achieving revenue targets within the assigned territory.
Job Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for housing loans in the Aurangabad region.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives, providing regular training, performance feedback, and support to ensure their success.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key builders, developers, real estate agents, and other potential referral sources.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines related to housing loan sales.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation and customer acquisition to loan disbursement and post-sales support.
- Manage customer relationships effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including credit, operations, and marketing, to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
- Manage and optimize the sales budget for the Aurangabad region.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role within the housing finance or banking sector.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the housing loan market, products, and regulatory environment in India, specifically in Maharashtra.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and Marathi is essential.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Aurangabad and surrounding areas as required.
