Job Summary**

The Sales Manager - HL (Vijayawada) is responsible for leading and managing the home loan sales team in the Vijayawada region to achieve sales targets, build strong customer relationships, and drive business growth. This role requires a strong understanding of the home loan market, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales.

Job Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed home loan sales targets in the Vijayawada region.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of home loan sales executives, providing ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including real estate developers, builders, and channel partners.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to home loan sales.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and client acquisition to loan disbursement and post-sales service.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Actively participate in promotional activities, workshops, and events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Job Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in home loan sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of home loan products, market dynamics, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Local market knowledge of Vijayawada and surrounding areas is highly preferred.
