Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical intern to support our marketing and growth initiatives through market research, data extraction, account intelligence, and campaign performance analysis.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with platforms such as Salesforce , ZoomInfo, Hub spot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Linkedin, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter) , Sales Navigator, and other CRM/reporting tools to identify targeted companies, extract relevant insights, and support campaign reporting. This role is ideal for someone interested in B2B marketing, market intelligence, campaign analytics, and growth operations.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify targeted companies, decision-makers, and industry segments based on campaign requirements
- Extract and organize company data using tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator
- Build and maintain structured databases of prospects, accounts, and industry contacts
- Analyze campaign performance metrics across email, organic social, paid campaigns, and website initiatives
- Prepare campaign performance summaries, insights, and trend reports
- Assist in identifying high-performing industries, accounts, and audience segments
- Support account-based marketing (ABM) and lead generation initiatives
- Maintain data accuracy and ensure proper documentation of findings
- Coordinate with the marketing and strategy teams for reporting and research support
What We're Looking For
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Good understanding of LinkedIn and B2B company research
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and reporting dashboards
- Attention to detail and ability to organize large datasets
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and campaign metrics is preferred
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Communications, or related fields
- Interest in B2B marketing, market intelligence, or growth strategy
- Prior internship/project experience in research or marketing analytics is a plus
