Job Designation: Sales And Marketing Specialist
Marketing & Sales
- Conduct physical field visits to schools to promote the company's products and secure orders for textbooks and other school supplies.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within schools.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators and decision-makers.
- Handle customer queries efficiently and ensure smooth communication with existing clients.
- Develop long-term relationships to generate repeat business.
Collections & Payment Follow-up
- Conduct field visits for payment collections and follow up on outstanding dues.
- Coordinate with schools to ensure timely payments and resolve payment-related concerns.
Business & Industry Knowledge
- Develop a thorough understanding of the company's operations, products, and business processes.
- Gain insights into the education and school supplies industry to better support customer needs.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
- Experience in selling school-related products, educational supplies, books, or stationery will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for field sales and client meetings.
- Self-motivated with a customer-focused approach.
