Job Designation: Sales And Marketing Specialist


Marketing & Sales

  • Conduct physical field visits to schools to promote the company's products and secure orders for textbooks and other school supplies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within schools.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators and decision-makers.
  • Handle customer queries efficiently and ensure smooth communication with existing clients.
  • Develop long-term relationships to generate repeat business.

Collections & Payment Follow-up

  • Conduct field visits for payment collections and follow up on outstanding dues.
  • Coordinate with schools to ensure timely payments and resolve payment-related concerns.

Business & Industry Knowledge

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the company's operations, products, and business processes.
  • Gain insights into the education and school supplies industry to better support customer needs.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
  • Experience in selling school-related products, educational supplies, books, or stationery will be preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Willingness to travel locally for field sales and client meetings.
  • Self-motivated with a customer-focused approach.
