Key Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Secretarial Function: Manage the secretarial compliances.
  • Board & Shareholder Meetings: Organize, conduct, and document meetings of the Board of Directors and shareholders.
  • Companies Act Compliance: Ensure adherence to the Companies Act, 2013 and Secretarial Standards.
  • FEMA Compliance: Oversee compliance with FEMA regulations for cross‑border transactions.
  • CSR Activities: Monitor and ensure compliance with Corporate Social Responsibility obligations.
  • MCA Filings: Handle timely filings with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs for all six companies.
  • Statutory Compliance Management & Advisory: Provide advisory services and manage the Statutory Compliance matters as required.
  • Data Privacy: Ensure compliance with data protection laws and safeguard sensitive company information.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with 10–15 years of experience in corporate Secretarial and Statutory compliance functions.
  • Knowledge of Indian pharmaceutical regulations & statutory compliance.
  • Experience in managing secretarial functions for multiple group companies with foreign subsidiaries and multinational business operation.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
