Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Lucknow-based LAP (Loan Against Property) sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, achieving targets, and managing a team of sales executives within the Lucknow market.

Job Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for LAP products in the Lucknow region.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to maximize their performance and productivity.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, brokers, and business partners.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and business plans to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings and promotional strategies.
  • Manage customer escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and implement best practices in sales processes and customer relationship management.

Job Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or managerial role, preferably within the financial services sector and specifically with Loan Against Property products.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the Lucknow market and its demographic characteristics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively train, motivate, and manage a sales team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
