You support our team as

Assistant Manager Warehouse (F/M/D)

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, material issuance, order fulfillment, and dispatch activities.
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective movement of materials and finished goods.
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock audits, reconciliation, and adherence to inventory management best practices.
Ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of materials to prevent damage, loss, and non-conformities.
Lead, coach, and develop warehouse personnel, including work allocation, performance management, training, and capability building.
Drive Operational Excellence through Kaizens, Best Catches, and continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
Implement and monitor new systems, processes, and technologies to improve warehouse efficiency, inventory visibility, and operational performance.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and company standards, maintaining a safe, organized, and housekeeping-compliant workplace.
Prepare and analyze warehouse performance reports, investigate inventory discrepancies, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Collaborate closely with Purchasing, Production, Quality/Lab, Logistics, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless material flow and meet customer and business requirements.

Qualifications

10 + years Basic degree preferably with MBA in Operations/ Supply Chain Management with specialization in warehouse domain.
Mandatory Working knowledge of the WM module in SAP.
Proficiency in local language and English, with strong communication, interpersonal, and managerial skills.
Excellent supervisory abilities.
Strong customer service orientation.
