About Role

Swiggy Dineout is looking for an experienced, creative Marketing Manager to lead restaurant partner marketing — spanning our newly launched Steal Deals vertical and marketing for our key restaurant accounts. We're looking for someone equally comfortable with strategy and hands-on campaign deployment, with a deep sense of ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Steal Deals & Restaurant Account Marketing

Own marketing for Steal Deals, Dineout's new dine-first business vertical, building visibility and consumer engagement from the ground up.
Manage marketing for key restaurant partner accounts, driving discovery, footfalls, and brand equity in close collaboration with restaurant partners and internal teams.
Understand key dining occasions and cultural moments to plan and execute year-round campaigns.
Define project scope, build detailed plans, and manage timelines and budgets across concurrent partner and product campaigns.

#2 Campaign Creative & Deployment

Lead end-to-end campaign execution — from creative brief through deployment — across influencer marketing, social media, and brand communications.
Act as brand custodian for all restaurant partner-facing creative, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and quality standards.
Coordinate cross-functionally with internal marketing, product, and restaurant partner teams to deliver multi-platform campaigns end-to-end.
Conduct market research to stay ahead of dining trends, competitor activity, and campaign best practices.

Requirements

5+ years of brand or restaurant marketing experience; strong preference for candidates who've managed marketing for restaurant, QSR, or F&B brands at scale.
Where restaurant-specific experience isn't available, strong agency experience in influencer and social media marketing, with proven end-to-end campaign ownership, will be considered.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging both internal teams and external brand/restaurant partners.
Strong creative sensibility and brand custodianship, with experience overseeing production of promotional materials.
Based in Bengaluru.
