About Role
This position will be part of the Swiggy Scenes Growth Marketing vertical — Scenes being Swiggy's ticketing and live-events platform. This is a performance-first role: the mandate is acquisition and outcomes, not campaign execution for its own sake.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute performance marketing strategy on Meta and Google to drive user acquisition and ticket sales across a live, fast-moving events calendar.
- Build a working understanding of consumer tech and app ecosystems — mapping user journeys from discovery through purchase to inform targeting and media strategy.
- Take an insight-driven approach to media planning; use AppsFlyer and other attribution tools to optimize budgets and improve media efficiency across concurrent events.
- Maintain current, hands-on expertise in, Meta Ads Platform, and Google Ads algorithms programmatic channels.
- Improve Quality Scores through ad relevance, landing page quality, and other optimization levers.
- Own measurable KPIs — CAC, conversion rate, CTR — with clear accountability for outcomes.
- Drive creative optimization and A/B testing across ad sets and platforms to maximize efficiency.
- Report campaign results with funnel trends and projections, translating data into next steps.
- 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, with deep, hands-on expertise on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Agency background preferred — exposure to a range of problem statements and budgets at scale — or a consumer tech/app-based platform background.
- Demonstrated ownership of campaigns and budgets independently, at scale — this is a performance marketing mandate, not a general digital marketing one.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills; self-driven with a strong bias for action.
- Hands-on experience with Google and Meta Ads Manager and MMP platforms like AppsFlyer.
