The Sales Manager – HL (Bhopal) will be responsible for leading and managing the home loan sales team in Bhopal, driving sales growth, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, fostering strong client relationships, and maintaining a high level of team performance.
Job Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve and exceed home loan sales targets for the Bhopal region.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance and career development.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, real estate developers, and financial institutions.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation and customer acquisition to loan disbursement and post-sales service.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to home loan sales.
- Manage operational aspects of the sales team, including resource allocation, performance reviews, and training needs identification.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., credit, operations, marketing) to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or team lead role within the home loan or financial services sector.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of the home loan market, products, and regulatory environment in Bhopal/India.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Strong customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
