About The Function
Corp. Safety, Health, Environment & Sustainability Assurance Function drives the Strategy that helps Godrej Industries Group in achieving excellence in EHS, that aims at Zero Incidents, Zero Health Issues & Zero Environmental adverse Impact and Sustainability Assurance. This function works closely with individual business verticals and Corp. functions, and help establish Policies, Standards and to improve Safety Culture which boosts EHS excellence across the group.
About The Role
This role will primarily be responsible for driving Environmental Assurance process, specifically focussing on BRSR Data reliability, data assurance and Environmental Legal Compliances through periodic validations. This Role will also help in strengthening Environmental Sustainability Audit system, independently carrying out audits and provide key insights to each business as a part of continual improvement.
Who are we looking for?
Experience: 8-10 yrs. of related experience
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Chemical Engineering, Energy Management, or related discipline.
- Master’s degree in environmental management, Sustainability, Climate Change, ESG, or related field.
- MBA (Sustainability/ Operations) is an added advantage.
- Environmental sustainability data validation, including using of AI
- Good with data analytics and report writing for senior leadership
- Tracking and interpretation on Environmental Legal Compliances
- Possesses Leadership qualities such as “Walk the Talk”, Self-Starter & Go-Getter
