Job Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for the HL product line in the Indore market.
- Manage, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to optimize individual and team performance.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with key decision-makers and clients.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential growth areas.
- Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to provide market feedback and contribute to product enhancements.
- Monitor and manage sales budgets and expenses effectively.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales management role, preferably within the relevant industry for HL products.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop sales professionals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the Indore market and customer base.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Indore region as required.
