Role Summary

Our Case Managers deliver a superior customer experience to the distribution channels—agents and agencies—by ensuring life insurance applications are processed with speed, accuracy, and a strong commitment to service. This role operates within a high-volume production environment focused on administrative record keeping, application review, and workflow management to support efficient policy processing.

Minimum Qualifications

2+ years of professional work experience interacting with customers in life insurance and/or annuity fields

Experience working in a production or processing environment with strong attention to accuracy and quality

Passion for working for a company with a cause-driven culture

Bachelors/ Masters Degree preferred

Must be able to successfully pass a background check that may include fingerprinting

Preferred Qualifications

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Excellent communicator with empathy and strong listening skills

Strong customer service mindset and ability to build relationships with agents and internal partners

Intuitive problem-solver who thinks critically and creatively to resolve processing challenges

Results-oriented and able to balance independent work with team collaboration
