Sales Manager - HL(Jaipur)

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Jaipur region. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a sales team, and developing strong client relationships within the HL sector.
Job Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for the HL sector in Jaipur.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to optimize their performance.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including prospecting, lead generation, and client acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews to senior management.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in a sales management role, preferably within the HL sector.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales force.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Deep understanding of the Jaipur market and the HL industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Jaipur region as required.
