Software Engineering Intern

We're looking for a Software Engineering Intern who is eager to learn, build, and contribute to real-world projects in a fast-moving startup environment. As an intern at Mando, you'll have the opportunity to work across AI, backend, and full-stack development, depending on your interests and strengths. You’ll collaborate with experienced engineers, gain hands-on experience with modern technologies, and have the chance to hack on unique new features and work on special growth projects that directly impact the company.

What You’ll Work On

Build and optimize APIs, AI pipelines, or full-stack features based on your interests
Work with Python, FastAPI, TypeScript, NextJS, and cloud infrastructure
Contribute to performance improvements, data pipelines, or UI/UX enhancements
Work on special growth projects that help expand Mando’s reach and capabilities
Hack on unique, experimental features that push the boundaries of AI and enterprise automation
Collaborate with engineers to solve technical challenges and deploy production-ready features

What We Look For

Strong fundamentals in computer science, algorithms, and problem-solving
Interest in AI, backend, or full-stack development—no prior experience required, just curiosity
Some experience with Python, JavaScript, or cloud platforms is a plus
Ability to think independently, work quickly, and iterate on new ideas
